I met Kenji and his wife Natsue as part of a tour through Matsudo on one of my last days there. They are the owners of www.instagram.com/tinykitchen_and_count… Tiny Kitchen and Counter|, a small but fantastic restaurant. They fed me duck and kept the wine coming. Kenji had a huge grin on his face the whole time.
