It's a question artists get asked all the time - how do you know when it's finished? Sometimes, it's obvious. Sometimes, it's too tantalizing to keep plugging away and never finish something. I tend to follow better done than perfect, but everyone is different.

This piece is made on 19x19x1 found foam board with house paint, gouache, and acrylic paint.
